German Chocolate 

As Germany is not a country which is even particulary famous for pure Chocolate, most people assume that there is no way in this coutry products can be made from Chocolate. But as this country is surrounded by some countries famous for their Chocolate as Swizerland and Belgium, people got a liability to Chocolate and tried to develop their own products of Chocolate.

More than pure Chocolate they are developing different kind of candies and cakes with chocolate. A very famous kind of cake with German Chocolate is the “Marmorkuchen”. But there are also a lot of cookies covered with chocolate. Anonther style of “German” Chocolate is also famous in many other countries. It is the “hot Chocolate”. Some people like it pure and brown and other prefer the white Chocolate sometimes one of them with whipped cream. Germany is a country with a very high average consumption of chocolate so there a lot of companies selling ther products in nearly every store or online shop with related products. Some of the most common producers are for example “Alfred Ritter”, “Stollwerk” and “Ludwig Schokolade”.

Producers of high class chocolate 

In addition there are some smaller producers of Chocolate, who claim to produce a very high class Chocolate. Some of the common are “Bremer Hachez Chocolate”, “Feodora”, “Leysieffer” and “Coppeneur”. As people always like some change in taste, every producer gives a regularly change in their products and offer many different types for special holidays like Easter or Christmas.

Actually more and more people prefer a very dark type of chocolate which contains a high percentage of pure cacao. Also the very sweet types of chocolate became devaluated because of their high rate of sugar. These newly developed types of chocolade not only give a new experience of taste, but also a lower risk to get some more pounds.
