German Fish 

Fish is also a big part of the German cuisine. I guess there is no one going to buy fish in an online store. But there are plenty of other shops and stores where you can buy a fresh fish and prepare them with an German receipe. The most famous Fish dish in Germany is the “Rollmops” it is a kind of pickled herring, which is often used to “calm down” the headache after a big party.

The preparation isn’t that big deal. But it takes time. So if it is urgendly needed you can buy it in a store or online shop too. Another “Fish-dish” in German is probably the “Bremer” it is quite similar to the “Hamburger” but instead of beef meat there is fish used for it.The different species of fish are not only used in such kind of dishes. They are also used to prepare differend sorts of soups, stews, salads and casseroles. Also international fish dishes like Sushi became more famous in Germany there are a lot of traditional receipes to prepare different species of fish, shrimps and mussels. Moray, herring, trouts, breams and pikeperch are some of the mostly used types of fish in the north of Germany.

Fresh Fish 

To prepare them there are only the ingredients required. Some of the specialities are also availible in a store or online shop. But there depends a lot of the type of preparation if it is a good idea to buy it in an online shop. Fresh fish for a German receipe should be bought in a special store or a market to get a good quality on the dish. Even herbs should be bought fresh for the preparation of fish, it just gives a better taste to it.
