German Speciality Food always depends on the region where it is from. So Bavaria in the south is the synonym for “Schweinshaxe”, “Knödel” and “Brezen”. The cuisine of southern Germany is almoust related to the surrounding countries like Austria. This part of German cuisine do not has much fish meals but more meat and sausages in daily offers.
